By Atlanta-based jewelry designer Pieces of Starr, these hexagon earrings come in a vibrant green Malachite with delicate Montana Sapphire rose-cut dangles. Each hexagon tablet is hand cut by Starr and brimming with texture.

This style is easy to wear and insert and remove yourself with a strong clicker mechanism, and come with oval shaped clickers with a 10x14mm inner diameter. Each hexagon charm is removable as well, allowing you to wear the oval clickers solo.

Gemstone Information

MALACHITE: Malachite is a green copper carbonate hydroxite mineral, forming at shallow depths of the earth above copper deposits. When cut, it has similar striking bands and striations similar to agate.

Malachite ranks a 3.5 to 4 on the Mohs scale of hardness, making it a relatively soft mineral.

SAPPHIRE: Sapphires are precious gemstones, a derivative of the mineral corundum, most notably known for its royal blue shade but come in a variety of fancy colors. Corundum of a deeper pink to blood-red shade are known as Rubies. They have a remarkable hardness close to that of diamonds, a 9 on the Mohs scale.
