By Los Angeles jewelry company BVLA, the Janna Seam Ring features a band of hammered decorative gold with three in-set black diamonds along the center. Made with 14k nickel-safe hypoallergenic gold, made for wear in piercings. 

This piece is a seam ring and is 16 gauge (~1.2mm) in thickness with a 3/8" (9.5mm) inner diameter.
