From BVLA, the Change of Heart threaded end features a bright marquise diamond with a mix of tapered baguette and round diamonds along one side, almost like eyelashes.

Hypoallergenic, nickel-safe 14k yellow or white gold, made for wear in piercings.

This 16 gauge threaded end does NOT come with a post for wear, please purchase one separately. This piece is threaded for 16ga threaded posts only.
